Can't wear them! I wish I would have read the reviews before buying these shoes. I've owned them for a few weeks and can't wear them for more than 1 hour at a time. The size fits (I think a bigger size would slip off my heel), but the toe box is painfully pushing on my toes!
Can't figure out why I'm the only to say that these are really slim. I have about 10 pairs of Donald Pliner shoes and the width of these is not in line with all others; it is way too narrow (see photo of shoe bottom). Normally wear a 12M and these are dinner shoes only, i.e. would not like to spend a whole evening on my feet. Great looking though and very sturdy feeling.
Can\'t live without them - my 2nd pair, the 1st pair lasted through 3 rough winters. An all weather boot that looks beautiful. Super soft leather. Great boot!
Calvin Klein Paxter - Beautiful shoes. Comfy cushion inside and rubber grip on the bottom to keep you from slipping. Comfortable and very elegant looking on the feet. Love them!
Calf too wide for me - I am a true size 7 but they have 7-7.5 which I ordered and it was too big. I then got the 6.5 which fit perfectly, but the calf was just a little too wide at the top for my skinny legs. I had high hopes because these are really good looking boots.
Buy these shoes! I work in new home sales and needed a cute, comfy summer sandal that looks good with slacks, skirts, capris, and jeans. This is it! I own a lot of shoes (many are expensive brands) and I was very impressed with this sandal's quality and fit. The shoe is cushy when you step and the heel is a little thicker, so it's supportive. The buckle also adds a nice touch. I ordered these in the tan first, then bought the chocolate the next day - these looked darker online, but I still love them!
Buy it. I bought these boots as a replacement for a Weitzman pair of boots I've been wearing for years. I was not disappointed! These boots are attractive and extremely comfortable. A must have.

Bummer - I am a size six 99.9% of the time. This shoe fits well in the heel and has good support. However, I had an extra inch+ of length in the toe box. I was really upset since I just love the way they look. So, they definitely run long. I'd also be careful if you have a wide foot. They seemed a bit narrow. Overall, if they sold the show in a 5 1/2 it would be perfect for me.

Brooks shoes seem to fit short and I had to go up 1 1/2 sizes to even get close to a good fit that gave me enough room in the toe box. The shoes were very stiff and I felt that I was slapping the ground with every stride. I have done a 3 mile run and a 4 mile run and I doubt I will do another. I was looking for an alternative to the NB 1063 and this was not it. The cushioning was also not what Brooks represented; very hard.

Bought these shoes at 10:30 PM and got them in the mail the next day. Wonderful customer service! These shoes are gorgeous. I do agree with the other reviewers in that your feet tend to slide forward. However, keeping that in mind, I bought them in a size smaller than I usually wear and they are perfect. Also, to keep your feet from sliding forward, you can adjust the strap to make it tighter. Overall, I would definitely recommend these shoes.
Bought them for my boyfriend - Bought these in brown for my boyfriend and he loves them. He has never had an expensive pair of shoes and now he wears these every day. I bought them one size down and they fit him perfectly. He especially loves the arch with his big old flat feet.
Bought three pair of shoes recently. These shoes looked nice. The Cradles were really nice until you walked in them. They made a squishy air sound with each and every step. Unfortunately all of the shoes had this same problem. And all of the shoes were returned for the same reason.
BOUGHT SHOE FOR COMFORT FIRST, LOOKS SECOND - I want a good looking shoe for dress, recently had 2 knees replaced. I find these shoes comfortable to walk in and find the look very appealing. I still consider appearance important at age 72.

Both pairs of shoes are great. Both of my daughters say that they fit great and they are very comfortable to walk in.
Bostonian's Clinton Model - I need a narrow shoe in a slip-on or I would walk right out of it. The Clinton in narrow fits quite well, is lightweight, and looks good for business dress or casual. This is my second pair.

Born makes the best boots out there. High quality leather, nice lining, comfortable heels to walk in. These boots are the only comfortable boots I\'ve found with a higher heel. They look great too!
Boring - I think toe-cleavage is sexy, so in my opinion, these shoes are matronly! Fit for the nunnery! Either that or your Halloween costume when you go as a medieval witch, but make sure you bring your broom stick cause these don't compensate for their looks with added comfort.
Boots for winter / cold conditions mountaineering - These boots are worm. Really worm. I had two short trips and in both cases they performed as expected. The first time I did not wear gaiters and climbed few hundred feet thru spots of a knee deep snow. When I took off boots at the car they each had a lot of snow, ice and melted water inside the shell (not in the inner boot) and my feet were dry and hot! The second time I hiked on Mt Rainier in temp below freezing and 50-mph winds at 10k ft elevation - my feet were so hot almost on the verge of comfort zone. These boots perfectly edge. On my both trips I climbed short pitches of 40 degree mixed snow/ice/rock and never slid. I am quite happy with them except that they stress ankles a little bit while hiking steep slopes. I think any kind of stiff boots designed for front-pointing would have this problem.

Boots arrived very quickly. I was a little apprehensive having had surgery on my right foot, but they fit great right out of the box. The other boots I had previously worn had taken a couple of weeks to break in, but the Ariats were very comfortable the first day! Not only are they comfortable, but they look great too! I would highly recommend these boots to anyone.
Boot is too narrow for size. I would have returned these boots, but my 4 year old grandson wouldn't let them go. He will just have to break them in by wearing them short periods to stretch them. They look like an A width but the boot indicates a D.
