Another great Earth shoe! I just received my shoes today and I love them! Easy to slip on and off, yet feel snug and secure when on. I wore them all day and feel great. They are a sweet combination of sport and dress. Needing something to go with everything from yoga pants to jeans to casual skirts, these cover it all. I have rheumatoid arthritis and developed a Morton's neuroma in my right foot a couple of years ago. Receiving little relief from the doctor recommended shoes, I tried Earth and the pain went away. I now wear almost exclusively Earth shoes and love them. I own several different styles of Earth shoes, boots, and sandals. I was a little leary about ordering this style given the somewhat negative reviews, but thankfully gave them a try. I do not find the back to be very high, at least not uncomfortably so. While the toe box seems to be a bit narrower than most other Earth styles, it still affords plenty of room. I chose the black and was pleasantly surprised to find a bit of contrasting dark grey between the sole and the uppers. The mesh accents look very current and stylish. I also agree that the strap is very comfortable and want to note how cute the leather accent is on it.
