Dickies Men?s Slip-On is a good choice - The look is of an ordinary lace up. In, fact it is neater in appearance due to lack of dangling laces. More comfortable walking in, no binding. Quick on/off when entering client?s homes. Easier to clean/ keep clean. Wish it were also available in dark brown. So far, I can only find it in black. We highly recommend this shoe!!! For a little dressier look, we also found that the "Deer Stag Sock" was very nice...although it doesn't sound like a name of a shoe, it is. Check it out too. Definitely second the opinions of the other reviewers. These shoes seem to be a bit more comfortable than other styles from GR. The patent also seems to hold up better than the simple leather styles. The sole is flexible and supportive and I could definitely wear these all day from the first time I put them on, but the toe area is super wide, and may look a little funny (read roomy with toe cleavage) in someone with narrow feet. So far after a couple of wears, there is a little scuffing, but on the whole they've held up pretty well.
